Shipping
Shipping with be within 7 days after the order has been recieved. All packages will be sent USPS or UPS depending on the speed of service requested.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. If your item is damaged in transit please take a picture of the damage and notify me within two weeks of delivery. Arrangements for a replacement item can then be made.
Any loss or return in the shipping due to incorrect shipping info supplied by the purchaser requiring a reshipment will be at the expense of the purchaser.
We try and represent the colour and textures of the items accurately as we can, but due to the differences in viewing devices the items may not look exactly as they appear online. Each photogravure is hand printed so there will be slight variation in the colour of the ink or the paper. Exchange for a different item may be arranged, but no refund will be provided in this instance.
